Thanks to single rinse..in tagalog, "Isang Banlaw"

Am so thankful with this product that offers a single rinse in washing clothes. I have not been able to wash our clothes for a week and I know if it hadn't for the single rinse formula, I would not be able to finish washing our clothes as rinsing is the most laborious part for me. It causes me back aches and body pains. With this product that I bought in the grocery, it did not only make my work lighter but also makes our clothes fragrant. This is one big factor for me to consider at this time because we are experiencing rain showers throughout the day due to a typhoon in the other parts of the country and the washed clothes will not dry up quickly. Clothes, if not dried quickly would have an awful smell that would put my washing time and effort to waste.

on hair care..

Hair is considered as women's crowning glory. In the past, rarely we can hear this topic discussed by males even if women were going gaga about it. They created combinations of herbs just to come out with something that would make hair grow shinier, thicker, bouncier, what not. But nowadays, this concern is already openly discussed by and for men. Going to the hair saloon entails so much money just to get the hair we wanted- sometimes, not. So sad that we spend so much for something that would only last around six months as the hair grows. Hence, I tried to listen and read all natural hair care strategies that I can try at home without spending too much. Here are some:

Vinegar to remove dandruff

Did you know that the vinegar you will find in your kitchen can be used to remove dandruff? Pour a small amount (around 2-3 tablespoons) of vinegar into a dipper and dilute it with a cup of lukewarm water. Massage your scalp using the diluted vinegar for about 10 minutes. Rinse with water and shampoo and condition your hair afterwards to remove the sour smell of vinegar. This may be done once a week to prevent dandruff from coming back.

Lemon and egg white for shinier hair

To give your hair the shinier and relaxed look, use that lemon and egg that you can see in your kitchen. First, slice around 5 pieces of lemon into a cup, then slowly massage your scalp with its juice. Then, use the egg white to massage your hair. Rinse and shampoo as normal. You'll see your hair become shinier and feeling lighter.

So economical and natural. Try it, and tell me how you feel about your hair after you do it.
